PROCESS

  • During the initial consultation, our designer will discuss your expectations with you, help you choose the perfect fabric and trims, and determine all the details.

For the order to start, 50% of the full amount is required. Either a designer or tailor can take all the measurements to begin the production.

  • During the first fitting, you will try on the unfinished garment, and the tailor will check all the crucial fit elements and record the adjustments for the next fitting.

The tailor will also reconfirm the design details before cutting your chosen material.

If you are trying on a suit, please remember to bring the shirts, shoes, and all other accessories that you plan to wear with it. This will help us ensure the best possible fit for your custom garment.

  • At the 2nd fitting, you will see how ideas come to life. Our tailor will pin or chalk and record adjustments for the 3rd fitting.

We will take the balance at the 2nd fitting.

  • Your garment is ready for the final try-on to ensure it is up to standard. Both you and the tailor should be pleased with the result. After this fitting, you will bring your garment home.

Just a reminder, Unless there are severe body type changes, most customers can expect the final result at the 3rd fitting. This information should keep you informed about the process.

An average made-to-measure process takes two months. Please plan further ahead for the busy wedding season (from March to August).
